🟣 Classes take place on Wednesdays:

January: 7.01, 14.01, 21.01, 28.01 (4 × 1.5 h)
February: 4.02, 11.02, 18.02, 25.02 (4 × 1.5 h)

The workshops will also continue in the following months.

During the workshops, we will explore movement economy and investigate its various qualities and dynamics. Contemporary dance is often associated with flow, softness, and fluidity — but this is only one of its many aspects. In addition to technical exercises that improve motor skills, we will also explore bounce, groove, rebound, tension and interruption, expanding the diversity of our movement vocabulary.

We will work with floorwork, release technique, Flying Low, Passing Through, as well as animal flow and partnering.

The workshops are open to all individuals interested in movement as a form of expression. Classes are offered on two levels: beginner and intermediate.

🟣 Natalia Murawska – choreographer and dancer, a graduate of the Mazovian Academy of Theatre and Dance in Warsaw, and President of the Córy Kultury Association, which supports the development of dance in Poland. She regularly leads workshops in stage movement and is involved in the development and promotion of dance theatre and performance art as non-commercial, niche artistic practices.

She co-creates the Hertz Haus collective, with which she develops original dance theatre repertoire presented in theatres across Poland.
